The puck is dropped, and the Winnipeg crowd rises to their feet to try to lead their team to victory! Onoprienko controls the faceoff and game seven is underway!

Both teams look a little nervous to start this historic game, and there's a lot of scrambled play at centre-ice. Elyk carries the puck up for the Jets, but he gets leveled by Biscuit! The puck pops free to Vilmenietis, who takes the first shot of the game, which is turned aside easily by Schmidt. The rebound falls in the corner, and it's picked up by Satan, who feeds McDavid in the slot! HE SHOOTS!

Schmidt grabs it with the glove! After the faceoff, Fife Gibbs is sent to the box for hauling down Steve Linkos, and the Jets have the first powerplay of the game! However, they are unable to record a single shot, and at the end of the Platoon penalty, Winnipeg's Dambach is told to sit for a tripping penalty! Winnipeg wins the draw but can't clear, Bojo Biscuit stops the puck at the blue line and feeds Valentine for a one-timer!
